They are not warm and fuzzy but we are all New Yorkers, this is how we deal with each other. But they are very helpful and flexible and the cars are always there on time, full of gas, and they always walk around with you for inspection of any prior damages before you drive off. They are really, really good, and, oh, so much cheaper and such better customer service than zipcar! I will walk down to 96th St to get their cars (instead of the block-and-a-half where the zipcars are) any time.
