The windows were spotty w/ residue that would not come off - made it difficult to see in some conditions. The car also smells really bad - like someone left cheese inside to get all funky. I had a $65 credit owed me from a previous rental, & I was assured that it would be in the system for me to claim but apparently because the company is now under new ownership I was told it didn't exist & I was denied the credit. Disappointing but overall I rented a serviceable car & Jeff was friendly..
Easy in and out, great service, good price.
AAMCAR is super-efficient, friendly and helpful. I arrived 30 minutes ahead of my scheduled pick-up time. No problem, Five minutes on paperwork. Another five to bring the car up and check it and I was on my way.. Couldn't ask for better.
