George, the attendant, got us in and out quickly, and in between, he fully explained questions I had: how to unlock the gas tank, the trunk, run the heater. Fantastic rental experience!
Very efficient and and polite! Only issue was that no one was working at the counter when I returned the vehicle. Only a man in the garage that could not provide me with a receipt.
I was VERY impressed by my rental experience. Aside from the fact that AAMCAR pricing was significantly more reasonable than the surrounding rental agencies, the checkout process was by far the best experience I have had renting a car in my life. Short, quick and to the point. No waiting in hours being offered unnecessary add on after add on. My experience at AAMCAR started my weekend trip off the right foot! Thank you!! I will only use AAMCAR in the future!!
