Friendly, helpful staff that always pick up the phone and honored the rate quote given without any hidden fees. Very pleasant experience renting through them for the first time and would choose them over the big monopoly car rental dealers any day. The car had some damage so the vehicle was nothing special, but fair pricing and wonderful customer service.

Cruise control did not work and the driver’s seat was not stable. It leaned to the left when the brake was applied. Also, a warning light appearing to indicate contact with another vehicle kept on lighting up.
