A piece from the bottom of the car broke on the highway. I needed to pull off the highway get under the car and remove the plastic piece so I could continue my trip home to the rental agency., Upon returning the car the female agent became extremely confrontational and accused me of driving over a pothole or curb. I tried to explain to her that I would have told her if that happened and I didn't appreciate her insinuating that I am dishonest and would not hide what happened. C. 917-669-9597

The car’s windows were dirty inside, lots of fingerprints. It would be nice if the cars were cleaned inside before handing them off, especially since Covid-19.
