We also booked a child seat but in the end we didn't use it (luckily we had ours), as the agency's child seat was very dirty and had mold in it.

The car rental experience was excellent. Unfortunately, there was a substantial delay in the morning due to a large influx of customers. Perhaps creating tiered rental times may stop this issue? Overall an excellent experience and knowledgable staff.

Wait time was a little long, but otherwise the experience was seamless and easy. Would definitely rent again and have already recommended to friends & family.
