I've always liked Aamcar and appreciated you guys. But we cancelled our reservation yesterday morning after we got there and waited in the cold to be told that the person opening the garage was not there yet. We did not have the time or inclination to believe the missing employee would be there "in five or ten minutes." Might be time for Aamcar to up its game a little bit.

Staff was very knowledgeable. Very straight forward. Asked all appropriate questions. No bs kind a person. That's great. Got us in and out. first time renting. On the high side expensive for the rental but expected for the city. Will definitely rent again. Thank you.

I wish one could return later than 10 pm. Could you change it to 11pm or midnight.? I wish there as more space in front of the agency office on 96th St., because if 2 or more people return at once there is no room on sidewalk and street is dangerous due to entrance to west side highway.

These guys are efficient, no nonsense, and kind. Rates are great and most importantly they are super straightforward! No creepy upselling, nothing like that. I love aamcar!

Always great service and price at AAMCAR! A little disappointed with the minivan we rented as it reeked of cigarette smoke. In addition, unable to connect our phone to the radio and it was difficult to hear the GPS coordinates without car speakers. Lastly, there was an acceleration problem where we would slowly push down on the gas to give the car more speed and there would be no pick-up until unexpectedly the car jolted forward and started accelerating quickly where we needed to break.
