Ended up taking a car that had push button seats (which I need) but it had not been vacuumed or washed so still had dirt from previous user. Had been wiped.

I actually got word that the car I own was ready for pickup from the shop as I was walking in the door to pick up my rental; so I had a seamless experience canceling the reservation. The price was good as was the location I have already recommended your business to friends

It’s great to find a local agency for short trips. I was running a few minutes late for pick up and they happily accommodated me when I called. I also appreciated that they included $25,000 liability insurance.
