All in all a very good experience. Minor negatives: 1) I could not charge my cell phone in the car (a 2025 iphone), the very location is some 10 min drive from the airport (shuttle is provided by the company), thus when considering also the waiting for the shuttle one has to calculate up to additional 20 mins time.

Great rental experience - I appreciate the office staff - they are really making renting from you a lot simpler and faster. the only thing I don’t like is the insurance rate - it seems high - and I don’t get any break on this even though I have rented from you many times without any damage issues. You shold consider using this as a loyalty lever - rent from us a lot, don’t have any issues, get a break on insurance.

Very pleased with this rental, although encouraged to take out extra insurance, I wasn\'t bullied like some companies. My contract was emailed to me with photographs of the known damage to the car, this is an excellent idea and should be industry standard, as it should help stop companies from trying to scam you when you return the car. I was phoned by the company to check I had arrived to arrange being picked up. It is worth noting that the office is about 20 mins drive from the airport
