Outraged that the deposit will not be returned for 35 days. Why should they be earning interest on my money. Unacceptable and not mentioned in any blurb. Christmas is cancelled in my house because of their greed.
The worthless Miami trash that runs this company charged me for the vehicle and even charged me extra for wanting to pick it up outside of normal business hours. When I arrived there was no one there. I called them several times and left messages. I went on their website and sent them messages but no one has ever responded. I stayed at their storefront until 7:30am, 30 minutes past when they were supposed to be open and no one showed. I had to call my bank to dispute the transaction for a refund
The only comment that I would make would be that the car should be full of gas so that there is no guess work at the end trying to get the tank back to 7/8. Deliver it full of gas and return it full of gas.
Excellent personalized service! They send you clear instructions and videos to make the pick-up process at the airport super easy. The cars are new, clean, and in perfect condition. Very satisfied with the experience – highly recommended!
Initially offered a left hand drive car, but swapped for fight hand drive. Great they picked us up and returned us to hotel. No problems with car which is good as we have experienced issues with international hire companies in other countries.
My only complaint with this vehicle was that the tires were low on air. I brought it back and they quickly and courtesly filled them. But the problem kept returning.
Personnel were great and rental went with no problems. I did however request only a right-hand drive rental but unfortunately this was not honored. This meant that my son had to do all the driving as at age 76, I did not feel comfortable driving in the Cayman\'s with a left-hand drive car.
Tires were nearly bald. We had also requested winter tires but were given all season tires, which were not suitable for our needs. Overall, good experience, though.
I received the car dirty, inside and out smelling of smoke. The app for a key was not convenient, as I needed to use my phone every time I needed to do anything with the car. There was one point were the car was not starting and I needed to call customer support to start the car. When I went to drop it off the car had no Avi tag and I was not able to get into the parking lot to drop off car for over 30 minutes, making us almost miss our flight. I ended up having to buy my own parking ticket.2/10
I was very disappointed with my Senda Rental experience. The car was left in the airport parking lot, and I was never informed I would have to pay a $25 fee to take it out. The representative said he would speak to the manager, but has ignored my messages for five days. When returning the car, the office was locked and I was told to park it at the airport until I insisted. Due to unprofessional behavior and poor communication, I request a refund of the $25 & a partial refund of the rental charge
I never rented the vehicle because it was impossible for me to contact anyone. I contacted the telephone number that was listed I could not leave a message because the mailbox was full so I sent a text message and I still didn\'t receive a return call.

Someone crashed against the car and it needs to be towed the agency will not cooperate to take the car directly to the dealer. Instead they make the towing service take to the yard and add extra unnecessary cost. Furthermore they did not provide a replacement vehicle for the remaining of the contract nor they will close the contract despite me reporting the accident immediately and providing police report and all the necessary information. Very poor service.
