The ride from the airport was ridiculously fast and felt unsafe. The van I rented was not what I was promised when I CALLED and explicitly stated what I needed. The van step was broken causing an unsafe entry and egress for my clients. I have rented from this company in the past with no issues. This experience was so bad I will no longer rent from them in the future.
Excellent experience from start to finish. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient, and the pickup process was quick and seamless. The vehicle was exactly what I requested, clean and comfortable, and the overall value was outstanding. I would absolutely rent from this agency again and happily recommend them to friends and family.
Sadly, we had a terrible experience with Savings Car Rating at the Miami International Airport. First, we had difficulty finding the car rental location. We called their number several times but were always passed to Email. We took a taxi to the address we were given and after various turns found our destination. The location was quite small; I counted 5 cars in the parking lot. We attempted to enter the building but the door was locked with no one inside. Great website but nothing more.
The car I got was horrendous. It had 113,000 miles, hubcaps were held on with zip ties, the seats had seat covers on them, lock remote didn’t work I had to keep the window open cause it was so cold the locks froze and remote was broken. I was worried car was going to break down cause it was so old. Horrible experience and I paid $600 for 4 days for a car with zip tied hubcaps…. Never coming back

Suggest sending a picture of the pick up location at the airport. Took us a while to find the pick up person. Otherwise the whole process was quick and smooth.

Very timely and prompt service. No wasted time. Picked up at airport. Main office and rental lot very near to airport. In and out in less than 10 minutes.
i tried to cancel this rental. Emailed said they would have someone call me, called told I would have someone call me back of course no one ever calls back horrible customer service.

It took a little longer than I’d like to be picked up at the airport via shuttle. See I e when picking up the car was great!! Overall the car was perfect for my needs. A little noisy when driving.
We waited in line hours to get our car. They charged us an extra 125.00 more than the price I had in writing. The cats check engine light was on and they wouldn’t exchange it unless I came back which I had no time so we couldn’t even drive to places we wanted to for fear we would break down

Had to do car repairs on my time and dime which should have been done in advance of my arrival. Cars should always be inspected and in top shape especially when you are spending $1300. Windshield fluid bucket was leaking so zero fluid for cleaning salt and glare off the shield. I was reimbursed for the repairs and fluid i purchased. Also given a free day. Very difficult to find any rental company up to american standards at this time. Hence the Good rating and not GREAT.
