Had to do car repairs on my time and dime which should have been done in advance of my arrival. Cars should always be inspected and in top shape especially when you are spending $1300. Windshield fluid bucket was leaking so zero fluid for cleaning salt and glare off the shield. I was reimbursed for the repairs and fluid i purchased. Also given a free day. Very difficult to find any rental company up to american standards at this time. Hence the Good rating and not GREAT.

Price was far better than anywhere else. Hours are not great, anything earlier than 8am or later than 6pm requires additional costs/uber rides. Oldest and highest mileage rental car I\'ve ever seen, drove like it needed an alignment and new ball joints. Otherwise it was a good experience, staff is friendly and the airport shuttle is good if you work with their hours. Friendly cats to pet at their pickup location is a plus.

I was not informed about the new road tax charge prior to pickup, despite receiving an email earlier in the year that made no mention of it. I was also charged twice for my rental and am still awaiting a refund, which the company denies. The handler I dealt with was unhelpful. On a positive note, the branch staff were very helpful, the airport transport driver was great, and online support was good. However, due to these unresolved issues, I will not be using this company again.

Terrible experience, I reserved a car whent to pick it up, NO Cars available. Left me and my fige and kids scrabbling to find a ride to Saint Elizabeth form Mobay. I had to go run around for hours to find another rental else where. Very frustrating, THEY NEED TO DO BETTER. They lost me as a customer for life. BAD EXPERIENCE!
