Car itself was great. Pickup process was the most excruciatingly inefficient car rental pick up I’ve ever experienced. I also never received a uber voucher so I paid out of pocket for rides back and forth from the airport, which is much further than the advertised 10 minutes.

I waited 35 minutes for the shuttle and it never came, so the 15-20 minutes quoted was not accurate. Once I paid for an Uber to the car facility, there was a surprise charge that was not listed when I chose to use my own insurance instead of purchasing their package. I finally get the car (an hour and a half after I was supposed to pick it up) and once in the car, the tire pressure light turned on. So I had to pay out of pocket to also fix that. I still haven\'t received my deposit after 30 days.
