Car I thought I was renting had enough room for 4 people and luggage, Kia Sorento ,or similar, the car I got would not accommodate our luggage. When I asked for a \"better\" / larger car for one day to return to the airport I was given a quote of an additional $159+ that I found unacceptable.
Very helpful and immediately responsive to any request or questions - impressive. I had a different second driver the second. Jimmy at Leisure was able to make that change without requiring me to return to the office.
Also, I particularly like being picked up and dropped off in the vehicle I rented. No need to transfer luggage.!

Hadn\'t specified LH or RH drive as we were told all smaller vehicles were RH (we had Rio)...when we got to car it was LH but they immediately found us a RH unit and sent us on our way....staff very friendly and accommodating but make sure you make a reservation as they were out of cars when we were returning ours

They moved my rental location during my reservation and didn\'t tell me. And I was given the runaround, at the expense of missing my flight. I will never rent from them again!
Car was out of windshield washer fluid and didnt have any map/navigation option built into the cars infotainment system (or it was disabled as I find it hard to believe a 2026 vehicle does not have this)
Great experience. Very nice and efficient staff. Reserved a midsize SUV but forgot that cars there are smaller. Might reserve a larger one next time but very easy to maneuver. Big plus is that it was an ECO car and only used 5 gallons the entire trip after using every day and driving the entire island.
First class experience from booking to returning the car. Staff amazingly friendly and helpful and the cost was better than I could find with any of the big companies at the airport. I highly recommend this company for your Grand Cayman car rental. Big shout out for Carl who was amazing.
We made our reservation 2 days beforehand. The car was different than expected, but that wasn\'t a problem. We only rented the car for part of a day. While driving the car, a tire pressure light illuminated indicating a rear tire was low. Also, there was something loose beneath the car. Whenever we drove over a rough spot in the road, there was a loud flapping noise. Other than that, the price was far below any comparable rentals.
When I picked up the car in the long term lot I had to pay 20.00 to get the car out that was not in the contract! I called the number they never responded to my problem
No word a lie these people are very respectful from management to staff..they are literally on your finger tip with their service from Kingston to mobay..big shout out to William and junior at Harbour view location right next to the roundabout
A total misleading rental experience. You rent it online with a specific rate but then at the counter when you can\'t so much, they bring tons of hidden fees. You can\'t use your own insurance even it covers all the required, plus the insurance of the credit card, and also you can\'t use your own sunpass account so they charge you $25 per day on top.so my rental of $25 was at the end $360. Better stay with the big companies at least they come up front with the cost instead of hiding it.
SILA was so nice! She gave us tons of info. And the guy who gave us a ride after we returned our rental (skinny, tall and with a baseball cap) he was just as nice. Overall great experience and the vans smelled so good :)
As soon as I returned the car they mentioned a mark on the front driver\'s side. I can\'t figure out why the inspector went directly to the mark? I told them it was there before I got the vehicle along with many more. I went inside and they had an incident report to fill out. I said \"hang on a minute here\". Very lucky that I videoed the condition of the car before I took it from the parking lot. It showed the mark. I also to a video before I left. The video saved me a costly repair.
We were amazed at this car rental experience! This is as quick and easy as you are ever going to get it and all with a smile! A newer vehicle as we expected for a very fair rate. We will for sure use Leisure Car Rental again !!!
Had a problem getting picked up and dropped off at the cruise port, as it turned out was because MSC told us the wrong port when we exited the ship to tell Charlies. With the language gap was difficult to fix. However, Charlies found us and even went out of there way to get us back to the correct port. Charlies got us were we needed to go without complaint. Just make sure to tell them the correct port to avoid any problems. The rental van was brand new and better then expected.
