The rate that was posted on the website was different from what was given.ON the website stated at a 20.00 rate for the amount of total days I rented the vehicle., I was given a different rate when picking up the vehicle.The building had no sign outside the building only on the side of the building which make it hard from the streets it looked like it a banded building there should be a least 2 agents in the building for the simple reasons(1) safety issues and (2) better Customer Service.

Friendly staff and they show appreciation for return customers. Thanks for your very affordable rates. I would like to add that I found that a cabin filter was very dirty and had a smell, which prompted me to check the filter to see if that was the cause of the smell and it was.
