The car had a low tire and 1/4 tank of gas. But they requested I fill it up to full before return. They charged a fee for debit card even though the fine print said you could use a debit card. I reserved months in advance but they didn’t have the reservation. It took 45 minutes to reserve. They took a shot of my debit card and it appeared on a screen where other customers could see the card information. I left very frustration and I will not ever rent from them again!

We have another 2 cars rentals planned for July 11-18. Andy’s is always excellent! The survey is hard the dots don’t show if it’s exceptional or poor. I guessed the first dot was the best but the page doesn’t load correctly to read the options.

The car was quite old and had a mechanical problem during the rental period. Requiring replacement. Important to have better car quality.

The car was satisfactory because it was older, approximately 63,000 miles. However, it worked and got me where I needed to be. Also it blends in and looks more like a local, so less likely to be broken into. I will rent from them again.

Total scam. Terrible car condition, which I can tolerate as an island car at a low rate. However, the many insurance \"limitations\" that were sprung on me at time of rental made the purchased insurance meaningless. These should have been posted on the website, except of course I never would have rented with full information. I expected more from Andy\'s - a name that I have known in Cayman for many years. Highly disappointing to see such shady business practices.

much better experience than last year, when we had to fix the car ourselves after the heat shield, which was tied on with a shoelace, fell off. Took the car to the garage and paid to get it fixed and despite a recept revived no refund from Apex. But still, we thought that was a one-off and would try again. This year, a 100% better, courteous assistance from Scott, a waaay better vehicle and super experience all round.

The car we rented was immaculate and a great drive. The staff were all incredibly friendly and attentive when it came to their vehicles. I was previously a bit nervous about renting after hearing some horror stories but this company have removed all doubt from renting in the future. I will definitely be renting from here again next time I visit Cyprus!
