will never rent from this place again i called to verify requirements and what i need for the vehicle. on arrival everything that was said over the phone was completely different from what was said face to face and i was unable to get the vehicle. waste of time and money.
When we arrived, the vehicle we rented was unavailable and there was not a clear plan to get a satisfactory vehicle that could fit our family and luggage. The counter staff tried hard, and were both courteous and knowledgeable, but the situation was stressful and took 90 minutes to fix. Ultimately, Drivo did fix the issue, gave us a discount for the trouble, and the vehicle worked great. I would rent again, based on the staff caring, even with the hiccup.
This was the first time I\'ve rented a passenger van so I was a little uncertain on how the experience would play out. First off, the customer service at United Van Rentals is exceptional! We had a delay in our flight and the team at United brought the rental to the parking lot for us to pickup. This has left a lasting impression on the company making it an easy choice to book in the future
They couldn’t process the payment, I had to do a wire transfer.
The vehicle wasn’t big enough for our family,
The car wasn’t maintained at all , the air conditioning was very poor.
The tyre had a blow out on our way to the airport.
I wouldn’t recommend this company at all . Stay clear .
Excellent experience and customer service! Best value I could find in London, the car was great, and the rental agency provided easy, clear comms about the reservation.
We expected the shuttle bus to display a \"ONE SWITCH RENTAL CAR\" sign. We waited for 30 minutes. Another customer noticed how long we were standing there and showed us a picture on her cell phone of the \"Green Bus\" that we should board. Can you fix that?
The staff in St. Martin were fabulous. So polite and courteous. Car was clean and basically brand new. Expectations were met and the process was so easy. Thank you for the great service
They haven\'t the car for the time I reserved. Gave it 3 hours later. They did a special discount, but if it occurs frequently you cannot plan your day.

we asked foe a ford was giving a Mercedes diesel . the arm rest was broke to big to get in some parks due to that thing on top very inconvenience windshield had a hole in it look like a bullet hole. it wasnt clean and I feel the guy that answered the phone gave us this intentionally bc he was a real smart ass when you call and ask question very rude guy to have doing business for and with. it was a horrible experience for our 1st time. we had to pay out to park it any where we went oversize for
I like how convenient and simple the process is. There were 3 cracks in the window shield that I was not informed about before the vehicle was given to me. The “low tire pressure” alert kept bothering me throughout my stay. It’s not in my itinerary to stop to get air in a tire. According to discount tires the tread was at a 2, not the appropriate 4.
