"I had a good experience. I would say they should have a number you can call to request someone to pick you up to take you to the airport. The driver came, but we still needed to get our luggage out of the vehicle and turn in the keys, etc. So, that driver left. Had to wait about 30 more minutes for another driver to come by. It was terribly hot outside, with nothing to drink. Would be nice to add a machine to purchase drinks/snacks. Also a number listed to request the bus to come."

"We were unable to access the drop box for keys upon return and received calls and an email later that day looking for the key. We\'d left it in the car, and upon telling them this they said they had no back up key. A little stress, but all was corrected.
We liked that they provided recent pictures of the car with our receipt at car pick up.
The man we worked with was courteous and helpful."
