Pablo R.
"Due to low air signals on dash and I needed to put air in one tire 3x in less than 1 week I returned the vehicle to either repair or supply me with a different vehicle. The men did just that. They confirmed the slow leak and exchanged the vehicle for an upgraded vehicle at no additional cost. I was very grateful and had no other issues or concerns following the exchange."
Melvin A.
"Great service, Great communication throughout. I have no complaints would definitely rent from them again."

"The car was not clean. There were remnants of snacks under the seat. There were also several coffee stirs in the car. In addition, there were leaves under the seat. I was told it would be a three minute walk to get to the car. It was a three minute walk to get to the lot. But the car was parked clear in the back of the lot. I was not told this I have a handicap placard and a 10 month old baby."

"I had a good experience. I would say they should have a number you can call to request someone to pick you up to take you to the airport. The driver came, but we still needed to get our luggage out of the vehicle and turn in the keys, etc. So, that driver left. Had to wait about 30 more minutes for another driver to come by. It was terribly hot outside, with nothing to drink. Would be nice to add a machine to purchase drinks/snacks. Also a number listed to request the bus to come."
