Horrible! They give you one price online and get you with saying that liability insurance is necessary. Then they charge you twice as much as what anyone else offers. I saw several people turning away because they couldn’t afford the $1K deposit. In addition, it’s listed with the location being at the airport and you have to take a shuttle to get there.

Firstly there was a long waiting time till i got my number almost an hour and once i got my number they started adding up extra insurances though i was having my credit card insurance, and i am renting from other agencies as well who never ask to buy this insurances. The next thing happened with me is very unacceptable, i paid for honda civic but still they giving some old corolla with damages and when i asked for civic they are like we don’t have any civic right now and than giving to next gu

This company was a good deal, however it is incredibly inconvenient. Not only is the office not located at the aiport with the other rentals agencies, but you then have to wait for a shuttle from the train. I waited at Viscount station for an hour before we finally got an uber over to the rental office because no shuttle arrived and were given poor info from operator. And there was a long wait to get car. But good value, and good car. Despite taking almost 2 hours to actually get our car.
