I was asked to pay their parking lot ticket and was told I’d be reimbursed and never was and now they ignore my calls. Not only that but because the car they were suppose to give me was running late even though i booked this way in advance they gave me another car which was falling apart and i couldn’t drive at night because the head lights weren’t working. Really great experience! Everything was as agreed. They picked us up, no wait time, vehicle was as expected and we dropped off the car at the airport terminal parking. Great job!

I was very disappointed with my Senda Rental experience. The car was left in the airport parking lot, and I was never informed I would have to pay a $25 fee to take it out. The representative said he would speak to the manager, but has ignored my messages for five days. When returning the car, the office was locked and I was told to park it at the airport until I insisted. Due to unprofessional behavior and poor communication, I request a refund of the $25 & a partial refund of the rental charge
