A very easy experience from start to finish and very friendly staff
Overall I have mixed feelings: delivery and pick-up were smoothless, booking process is easy, email comms with the agency is OK, but a bit difficult. The biggest issue is the car itself: I booked a WV Up (and similar), but got a different one. I would even accept this change, as from the outside it was more or less fine. But from mechanical point of view, it was a scrap: 100.000km+, broken plastic parts, not-existing suspension...etc. This car should not be offered to anyone.

It was great, the guy that came was really friendly, a little bit insecure because of my age, but he was just making sure that I can drive an automatic car. He even gave me a small discount later on.
