All was perfect !
Old car, technically defective, hope nobody gets in a car accident!
Everything was beyond satisfactory. The car was in great condition. The staff were really polite as well and helped us out whenever we needed it.
When I arrived at the airport I realized I was wrong at the time of booking, however the company dealt with the malfunction in an excellent way and within 20 minutes I received the vehicle I booked that met my expectation
I highly recommend this agency. I didn't have to stand in any lines. The agent was waiting for me at the airport, just outside the terminal. He took me to the car and gave me all the directions. The car was clean and tidy. Returning the car even easier. You just drop off at the airport without having to wait for an agent. They don't make any problems because of small scratches. I was very pleased and would recommend it to everyone.
I rated Great in everything because I did not find any difficulty and the only change concerned the car which was the same type as stated in the deal just was a different car... Also there is no deposit policy which is really great and helpful even if you are low or high budget. I recommend this 100%
We wanted to Rent a car and made an reservation. When we anted to pick up the car the man at the desk told us that we were too young and there were ensurance problems. This was obviously a lie because we are 23 so by far old enough. Every other car rental has its minimum age at 21 so he totally lied to us and we got no car. Furthermore he speaked to us like we cant drive a car so he was really impolite. Worest car rental compamy of Santorini!!!
