We booked 2 weeks in advance a Nissan Pulsar/ Fiat tipo for 5 persons. Once arrived we had a surprise that the car was differen per our needs, a bigger one, old and a bit dirty, altough it was on the same price of 370€/7 days. Still, it is unacceptable for a booking in advance!!! We have insisted to change our car with the one from the contract and they did it after 3 days with Nissan Pulsar. They gave it clean. Represantative was very nice already waiting for us. Communication and everything was nice. Price was okay for santorini but not comprable to otehr location. Car was very very old, rusty... very different to what confirmation says.

The car did not have a trunk cover, meaning our luggage and stuff were exposed to anyone passing by. Middle mirror extremely dirty. No radio. Glove box locked.
Also, we had booked arrival at 8 30, but we arrived at 7. The agency told us no change was possible and we were OK with that. But upon arrival and after we waited and found the car agent, he told us he was there from 6 am and we could have got the car earlier, but no one informed us about that.
Car delivered to the hotel as agreed and picked up at the airport. The service was very good.

Initially It was unusual to get reservation, without credit card submittion, but soon I got confirmation over the email.
Staff picked us up at the arrival, explained details and gave us car keys. Payment was in cash only.
I was asked to make pictures of the car before pickup and send them via email. It was weird not to do inspection together, so I sent pictures with all marks and scatches immediately to have a timestamp. Car condition was not good as you would expect, but overall great service
