I already sais what I had to complaint to the agency
Tuvimos un poco de dificultad en la comunicación ya que la persona que hizo la entrega, no hablaba ni entendía español, por lo cual, con la muy buena disposición de él y el esfuerzo nuestro por entender, pudimos utilizar el vehículo en forma correcta y devolverlo en el aeropuerto con las indicaciones que nos dio.
Tuvimos una muy buena experiencia con Santorini Holidaycars!!! Muy recomendable

Did not expect that we would be obligatory charged for insurance, though our credit card company already told us they would ensure our rental car. We were not given a choice to turn down the insurance.
The staff member must have been tired and overworked because he didn't seem in a good mood. As far as the car, it was in a pretty bad state, the engine light was on, the gear handle was falling apart and the car seats were very dirty.
Service was very good. Car the agency provided was great. I would definitely recommend this agency to friends if they travel to Greece. We enjoyed our stay in Santorini, and having a reliable car during our trip was such a great experience. Roads are narrow, but the car we had handled it very well.
