We were notified with only 3 hours before our pick up that our car would not be available and they only had 1 car to hire. We had booked a convertible fiat 500 and were given a smart car. Told to take it or look for something else on arrival to airport! We were not impressed. Then apron arrival, we had to wait 10 minutes not knowing if we had a car or not as the man arrived late.

The car was in poor conditions and had mechanical issues as it was stopping frequently and turning off with no reason. The reverse wasn't working properly when I asked for assistance I had to wait for more than 2 hours even though I was told they would assist me in 30 minutes. Tricky thing that many people don't know, even if you buy the most expensive insurance the road assistance is not icluded!!!! The insurance was 30% of all the price rent.

Unreliable company. They never delivered the car we booked on the internet and they didn't even inform us. They claimed they had sent an e-mail which I never received! Strange thing I received their confirmation e-mail weeks before but never the cancellation...They couldn't even afford to make a phone call to me! I called them and they said would deliver the car 3 hozta later. But they never showed up and didn't even answer to my phone calls. We lost a day from our honeymoon'
