Confirmed with car A. One day before arriving indicates that car A is not available and only a smaller tiny car is available. Not the best way of doing business. No reason no rationale.
Got the Nissan micra, car was ok, although engine service light was on, and clearly needed servicing.
Waited at ferry terminal, by the time showed up and got car took about 1 hour. Should have taken 10 minutes.

Cars in very bad condition. We had rented a convertible Suzuki which was not working and by the way, very old when we saw it parked. We were instead offered a Smart also very old with seats torn and after starting to drive up the hill, realized was poor mechanically and we almost did not make it up the hill. The company changed the car for a Nissan micro which was OK but not at all what we wanted.
