The car was in a bit poor condition.
The car i made a reservation for wasnt available on the the reservation date/time. The extra damage waivor i'd paid for didn't cover the car we got on the first day.

The car we booked was not available for a couple of hours so we were given a more basic car for a few hours then they delivered the booked car to our hotel

The renter was not expecting us at the hote as said in the email. The car was not close what we requested. The car was in terrible condition. The tank was in reserve and we lost money with the gas. I will never more rent anything with you guys!!!
