Old car
I ordered a new Skoda Citigo auto and I received an 8 year old Nissan Micra with dents and bad suspension. At least it had a working aircondition!

All were good for me
It was a nice suprise we got other (better) car instead of we requested. The car what we got (Suzuki Imny) gived us great fun because it was an opened roof car.. We enjoyed that feeling very much.
It was everything (staff, picking up) great.
