The company had forgotten to provide delivery of car and had to be called. We were initially provided with an older car which had slight issue with the door. However, the car was promptly changed to a brand new car without any hassle. The car we got was fantastic and we had an overall great experience. Drop-off was also very simple at the airport.
The owner of the company was also very nice and comforting - he guided about all places to visit and what should not be missed.
the agency staff was friendly, the pick up and drop off time was very helpfull so i didn't have to wait, value for money!

Apart from an unexpected insurance fee of 7 euros per day, everything was perfect. One minor thing: the young lady at the Santorini airport parking told me I couldn't leave my Santorini Holiday Car there, while the Santorini Holiday Car clerk told me I could. Anyway I found a place to leave my car at the airport (on my way back home- April 25, 10 a.m. Santorini time).
Helpful staff at the airport but the car had destroyed Windscreen wipers.The guy told us that we should had called him but we hadn't thought it during the night

Only concern was the the car was running on fumes with no petrol/gas. If you give a full tank of gas, we can return with a full tank of gas. Filled in 30 euro's of gas and returned with a lot left. The car could have been a little better maintained
1. got a lower specification and much smaller car and still had to pay the same price.
2. the person who handed the key was discourteous and had was not at all apologetic for giving the wrong car.
3. charged further charge for car collection outside normal time. their website says normal time is 12:30 am and I called the car at 12:15 am but they still charged overall Euro 53 extra.
written to them on 10th April and after repeated reminders they have not refunded the charges!! Very bad exp.
