Rented and twice via email confirmed car (Nissan Quasqay) was not even available at the company! A Polo (!) was offered instead (for a family with 2 kids and luggage). On top of that the two childseats were completely broken (straps not fixable) and one was a booster instead of a child seat (for a 2y old child). We cancelled the reservation due to no offered alternative and are still waiting to get back the prepaid deposit.
Clear non-recommendation
The car was very dirty inside, and it was clearly not disinfected. During Covid-19 times I'd expect this to be done.
We were told there was someone waiting for us, but when we got the car (after almost one hour of arriving) there were some other people taking the car next to us, and they had come in the boat with us; so it long shot that it was a coincidence; as the other customers were checking the car and complaining about it whilst checking the paperwork! The tank was left at 1/4
