The car did not have a trunk cover, meaning our luggage and stuff were exposed to anyone passing by. Middle mirror extremely dirty. No radio. Glove box locked. Also, we had booked arrival at 8 30, but we arrived at 7. The agency told us no change was possible and we were OK with that. But upon arrival and after we waited and found the car agent, he told us he was there from 6 am and we could have got the car earlier, but no one informed us about that.

Initially It was unusual to get reservation, without credit card submittion, but soon I got confirmation over the email. Staff picked us up at the arrival, explained details and gave us car keys. Payment was in cash only. I was asked to make pictures of the car before pickup and send them via email. It was weird not to do inspection together, so I sent pictures with all marks and scatches immediately to have a timestamp. Car condition was not good as you would expect, but overall great service
