All was very good
John delivered and picked up our car making it very convenient and easy for tired travelers. The staff that I spoke with on the phone were also great. We would absolutely rent from Santorini Holiday Cars again. You made our days on the island much better, thank you!

The same day we received the car in our hotel, within the next few hours we got a flat Tyre. We immediately called the agency and the person we talked was extremely rude to us. The only thing that kept repeating was that since we have received the car any damage is on us and there is nothing they could do, not even send a replacement car. We should solve it ourselves. After persisting they send a freelance who charged us 60€ for replacing the tyre.
SANTORINI RENTAL CARS IS THE BEST CAR RENTAL AGENCY. I HAVE HEARD SO MANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS BUT ITS WRONG, THESE PEOPLE ARE REALLY VERY HELPFULL AND BEST SERIVCE PROVIDED BY THEM I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND SANTORINI HOLIDAY CARS TO TOURIST. YOU SHOULD ALWAYS PRE BOOK CARS TO GET QUICK SERVICES AND YOU CAN PAY ADVANCE IF YOU WANT TO.

Good service! Only they have to be a little careful with arrivals very early, because I asked to pick up my car in the airport at 3:00 am and I waited one hour after a long flight and at the end I paid €25 to a taxi to take me to my hotel. I got my car next day and they apologise, I got a discount of course. The car was very useful and I didn’t have any problems.
