We took out the extra insurance to cover for everything but apparently this does not include the tyres...! However, the car was delivered at the requested time - well actually it was parked nearby and the keys brought to us at the hotel which was pedestrian access only. The requested drop off area was found easily at Santorini airport. Overall an excellent service.

It was a bit difficult to connect with the company on arrival because we did not carry a cell phone. I asked several local merchants to call before one agreed.
Good rates, I picked up the car from my hotel and gave it back at the airport. It was very comfortable and with no wxtra charges.
The car was great. The service was great. I made an incorrect assumption that the car would be full of gas and I would return it full of gas. I was wrong. As I driving away I looked at the gas gage and saw that it was on empty. Fortunately I also saw a gas station. When I sent an email to the company their response was that I was to return the car with as much gas as I got it. If I got it empty I could return it empty. Gas stations are few and far between. I won't rent from them again.
Everything was as per expectation. No complaints.
A good car for a reasonable value. Definitely gonna pay my attention at this agency next time
