The car was great and we had no problem at all. We were met at the airport with a name board and the car was parked about 100m from the exit. All went smoothly. Had some problems with communication as my emails weren't answered and I did doubt there would be a car at the airport but I was mistaken. We left the car at the port and I still don't know if it was picked up.
All good thank you. Car arrived at hotel at agreed time. I dropped it to airport at agreed time and refilled tank to the level it was at when I collected it. Only slight disappointment was that it didn't appear that the radio was working despite my many attempts. Regards, Brendan
They were very friendly and respond to our email very quickly in one hour even it is 22:00. The car was almost new and clean. The staff was nice and told us the important things of the car and he even wait here for us to pilot-run the car. Many thanks to their great support!

Hi, We were provided with a Fiat Panda which was not the car we asked for. It was ok but it could barely get up the steep driveway where we were staying. The first gear on those cars is ridiculously high, especially in a hilly place. This is a design fault with the model. First gear should be able to get you up the steepest Hills without any problems. The Panda Manual cars are not a good car to rent.

Quick and easy pick up. Car ran great for the whole trip and barely used gas. Rental was very accommodating letting us leave the car at the port instead of the airport when we had to take a ferry home instead of a plane. Great service.
I don't really have much to complain about. Everything worked apart for the key which didn't lock the doors so we never left anything in it. But other than that not bad.
We "ordered" a Fiat Panda and got a Volkswagen Polo for the same price. The car was very clean and the rental agent really nice and helpful ! Thanks for everything !
