Overall good, but the condition of the car especially cleanliness is poor, should have at least wash it before pass to customer. I have to manually wipe the dirt on windows and inside the car using wet tissue before driving as we have allergic to dust.

I had generally a good rental experience. However, there is a lack of inspection that concerns me about frauds. I also found it not safe to leave the car parked with the keys inside at the port. Last, it was very difficult to find a parking spot at the port, where the car was left.
