Nice people, cheap car
I requested a car for 7 people, but when we picked it up, it had two "jump seats" in the back and had no room at all for luggage. When I asked the agency where we were supposed to put our luggage, she asked why I did not rent a separate car for the luggage. The manager I that I spoke to was incredibly rude. Needless to say, I did not take this car, but instead, hired another real van from Sixt. I would not recommend this company to anyone and would strongly warn people not to use them.
I made a mistake and booked the car the day after I wanted it, but the company were so obliging, that they still managed to deliver the car to us within 30 minutes of the time I was expecting it. Brilliant service.
Was rather hard to find the cafe because the agent was not holding our name. We also had to write twice to confirm the booking. Anything else was good. Good car and good price.
First time renting a car, Great experience and very simple. Would use again.
My only issue was the ability to find the lot to return the car. Santorini (Fira) is not the easiest place to navigate. Providing better instruction and guidance on how to find the return lot would make for a less stressful experience. Even Google maps didn't help here.
The car had very little power for climbing the Santorini hills. In addition, the car was nearly on "E" at pickup and was a bit dirty inside and out.

Dimitris was extremely helpful and courteous. He had suggestions that were important so we did not get lost in the area and was patient and very nice.
