hard to return vehicle at the airport as no parking and nobody to give the vehicle to
cannot write down on paper the credit card number, it's not safe. You need to preauthorise the deposit amount on the machine

We had an excellent first experience so we rented again but this time we got a car with no working AC and it was very hot. Luckily we were able to tolerate it with driving with the windows down.

The person was waiting at arrivals with my name on the sign, walked us to our car, and was even kind enough to drive us back to the car rental place to trade out for a different baby seat for our infant.
