Vehicle advertised as a cabriolet. Vehicle supplied with sunroof only. Vehicle also advertised as new but had 60k on the clock with severe signs of wear and tear. The company I thought I was renting from was in fact nowhere to be seen and I believe it was a case that the contract was subcontracted to another rental firm.
