There was peeling paint on the rear panel. When asked to record it on the contract, the representative would not do it, simply saying that they know all their cars. The representative should do a walk-around with the client before the contract is signed.

car controls well explained quite often with rentals this is glossed over a bit and you are left to find things out by trial and error. The car was not brand new which makes me more relaxed about driving it. had no mechanical problems with car air con worked well (very Important ) They also guided us to our hotel by leading the way and us following them a service I've never had offered by other rental companies

A good lesson: don't rent before your vacation. When you rent before and paid already a part of the rent before they give you the cars in the worst condition. Another good lesson: check the tires before you drive. These were in a terrible condition, in fact dangerous.
