car controls well explained quite often with rentals this is glossed over a bit and you are left to find things out by trial and error. The car was not brand new which makes me more relaxed about driving it. had no mechanical problems with car air con worked well (very Important ) They also guided us to our hotel by leading the way and us following them a service I've never had offered by other rental companies

A good lesson: don't rent before your vacation. When you rent before and paid already a part of the rent before they give you the cars in the worst condition. Another good lesson: check the tires before you drive. These were in a terrible condition, in fact dangerous.

The information on the meeting point was hidden in the fine print at the bottom of the confirmation page. It was hardly noticeable and easy to overlook. We lost 20 minutes waiting and I had to place long distance call to find the agent.There was no information about the meeting point in the emails I exchanged with the office just hours before the car pickup. The car trunk lid was dented and required an extra force to close. Fuel policy should be full-to-full. Other schemes are causing problems.
