It was Ok. The car a little bit old but ok.

The person who brought us to our vehicle was a little annoyed that we were late because of our cancelled flight, but other than that, everything was great.

Pickup was excellent. I accidentally quoted the wrong airline (but correct flight number) and the guy waited the extra hour to meet us. Pickup was quick and easy, no fuss. Fuel tank was almost empty but we were directed to nearby petrol station. Strange dropoff, car was to be left unlocked in airport car park with keys hidden, so no change to confirm returned condition of car or fuel level.

Car could have been cleaner than it was but it worked correctly.
The booking and pick up were quick and efficient. The car itself was a little run down and old. The drop off at the airport was confusing, we thought we parked in the right place based on what we had been told by the guy upon picking up the car but there were no signs (only Hertz). However overall it was a good experience and we are likely to use it again next time.
