Das erste Auto war eine Katastrophe, schlechte Schaltung und Kupplung, A/C ging nicht, Schäden an Karosserie. Erst nach Reklamation neues und gutes Auto bekommen. Personal verstand anfangs nicht weshalb ich das Auto zurück gebe meinten alles wäre doch gut.

I was very happy with the experience, except for one thing. They asked me to leave the car at the port, unlocked and with the keys in it when I returned. It was hard to find a parking space there and I hated to leave the car with no one there to note no damage and also unlocked. All else was great. Really glad they had automatic transmission cars as that is what I am used to. With all the hills, it was necessary for me. Good price. Thanks guys.
I really liked that we communicated efficiently over the email and I was really impressed at all levels (pick-up / hand-over policy, prompt service, great prices, good car).
I didn't get the car I reserved, but they brought another one (older, but safe and in working condition) with a discount, which was great!
I highly recommend this with one thing to mention: please put some windscreen detergent (even if highly diluted) not just plain water.
