The ship was supposed to arrive at 13:30, and I told the company that I would be at the port by 14:30. However, there was over one hour of delay for the disembark as a result of strong wind. This was not a problem as the company asked me to call them when I had arrived at the port. At 15:30, when I arrived at the port, I called them, as we had agreed before. It took us a couple of minutes to take the cable car, and there was a person waiting for us, but he was a bit grumpy because of the delay.

they were late for our arrıval, they were supposed to be there on time, . ı was helped by other rental car offıces one saıd that there were famous as beıng untrusty. ı dıd not know what to do. 4 people, luggages, everyone left the port but us. ı really was annoyıng..ı thınk theır reasonıng for beıng late was supposedly due to heavy traffıc ın town was also rubbish. otherwıse there was no problem wıth the car or the person representıng the company.
