Everything is fine, but I would advise you to better manage the return of the vehicle with easily recognizable personnel, for example through an identification tag with the name of the company. Bye!
The pick up was good. I did have to dissuade the staff from selling insurance. The car itself was old, but functional. Not a lot of driving is needed in Santorini. I would have preferred a better AC for the summer. I think the drop off is an issue as there is no one to hand over the car. I got all the instructions, but when you want to get to the flight it gets a bit difficult to take pictures of the car, surroundings and then WhatsApp them to the number provided.
