Slight mix up in the booking conformation, but staff resolved the situation ad hoc on our arrival and promptly saw us on our way. A better map might be provided, such as the one available in the airport (Santorini) arrivals hall. Price was in line with the vehicle standard, in comparison to other site's rates
The car has not a good conditions to be rented. The car has almost 70000 km and the alarm of the airbag of passenger sound every time
The only issue I have is I was given the car with a nearly empty tank of gas.
The car was not so easy to drive especially in the streets of the island that were sometimes too much uphill
What I liked at most: fast reply, car condition and no bureaucracy.
What i suggest to improve: when they give us the car, they simply ask us to make a video of the car. When we return, they don't even go to take a look and check if the car was at same condition or not. I mean, if something happen after I park the car at the drop off time - i don't know, if somebody crashes the car, i will have to give 1001 explanations to convince that it was not caused by me. So, i simply suggest check the car
Amazing rental company, no issue was too much. Really helpful and swapped the car within ten minutes following a flat tyre. Amazing service.
