We were not told the correct place to meet the agent and only found him after I telephoned the office. He told us we would have to accept unlimited liability for any damage to the car. He claimed not to know anything about the normal car hire practice of liability limited to an excess amount (for which I have insurance cover) - until I protested and then he demanded more money to give us a limited excess. The drop-off arrangements were chaotic and i had to phone the office twice to sort out.

Very punctual service, car was already waiting for us even though our flight landed earlier. We were not charged extra! Return was also very smooth and flexible. One of the most value for money local rental firm amongst the other big car rental firms. Highly recommend and strongly encourage others to support!

However this company was outstanding, car was immaculate and was available as I exited arrivals ready to go, drop off was perfect with the car quickly checked and we were on our way.
