You will be charged extra when you get there! I rented a car for 6 people as the day after getting there we would have 6 people total (we got separate flights) I was given a 5 seater car and was told that a 6 seater car would be available the next day (it wasn’t) then the car we got given days later after having to spend money on Ubers for the other person broke down on us and we had to get a 3rd car! Now I have not received my deposit back and have whatsapped to no reply! AVOID!
Didn’t get any information sent over regarding supposed ‘terms’ turned up for our rental to be told the 60 minute grace period was up as we were 64 minutes late. I asked if the vehicle was available to rent and if they could help us out as we were a party of 12 and now without a vehicle, to be told no there was no vehicle available - so aside from the 60 minute grace period those 4 extra minutes apparently the vehicle was rented out within?! Ridiculous and appalling attitude by the staff.
Waited more than 1 hour for pick up as I was told they are busy. At the booking office they asked more than double with hidden fees than what was quoted. They were blaming on third party rental ( car express rentals) for higher fees and finally they asked to cancel the rental. We could not get any vehicle. Very poor experience and I would never recommend them or Car express rentals.
I would never recommend this company to anyone nor will I rent from them ever again. I will be posting reviews whenever I can. Desk worker was not friendly and very pushy. I paid almost 3 times what my quote was. They said they would not accept Canadian insurance even though we had coverage through them. Told us 90% of cash tolls weren't active when theu were snd we used the tolls twice. Ever again will I rent from RROA
