We booked a 5-door manual car. On arrival, the agent spoke no English; we had to use Google Translate. The car was old but acceptable. We were never told about a 100km/day limit or the €1/km extra charge. Only at return were we informed, and ended up paying €560 for 4 days—more than double competitors’ prices. Contract was in Italian, no clear explanation given. Unfair, misleading, and unprofessional.

All was good, the price, the pickup, the return and we took good care of this little Fiat Panda. But…We Still waiting after 2 weeks to get the 1500 Euros deposit back. Why is it so long when everyone were ok with the car returning conditions. We even got SMS from the rep that all was good, but, nothing is credited on our credit card for the security deposit…

Worst experience ever. We got to the airport and they were no were to be found. Called them a million time and no answer. They canceled without letting us know.
Would Not even recommend to my worst enemy!!!!
