Odysseys was a terrible rental experience. Despite having a confirmed reservation, when I arrived in Santorini, there was no Odysseys rental counter nor a representative there. When I called their phone number, a guy picked up and said they don't have my reservation and just hung up. on me. When I called back multiple times, they did not even pick up the phone. The worst car rental experience I have ever had in my 25 years of travel experience. Odysseys rental is a scam.

"We arrived in Greece later, than we had to be, that is why I worried, if Company's representative would wait for us, as we had come to the agreement beforehand. The more so, our pre-payment of rent transfer failed because of technical reasons. Luckily we met each other and in 15 minutes we put the contract in order and got the key for dark-green Renault Megan. I ordered any car simpler, but, of course, was very glad to receive this car without value increase.

It was my first online reservation with the company due to tempted and low prices.I had my doubts regarding the safety and reliabillity of the vehicle and the hole agency.But the the staff was really friendly and helpfull from the start.During the rental we didn't had any problems and we enjoyed our holidays.After this deal i am gonna book with them for sure. Thanks to all of the cool people there.See you soon

Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This company has wrongfully charged my credit card without my authorization and now I have reported it as fraud to my bank (citi Bank US) and is under criminal investigation. They have delivered a dented car, we told the guy who delivered it and he acknowledged that the damage was already there and now after a month they are charging us 2000 Euro saying we damaged the car. THEY STOLE OUR MONEY AND REFUSE TO RETURN IT. DO NOT GIVE CREDIT CARD DETAILS TO THIS CO

Odysseys Car Rentals reneged on their contractual commitment: I consequently never received the car rental as agreed at the Athens Venizelos Airport - yet Odysseys debited my VISA card 15 Days before the intended service date. Renters beware.

Mr. Constantine told me & my hotel manager who spoke greek that although I had a reservation the car would not be available at the airport. . He was rude to both of us. I rented a more expensive car from Avis. Odysseys has not responded to my e-mail.
