I had a terrible experience with this rental car company. Upon arriving at the airport, they did not answer the phone, and there were no clear instructions on how to pick up the car. The process was extremely unorganized, and to make things worse, the staff was completely unprofessional. The one person we spoke to had no idea what she was doing and clearly lacked training. On top of all that, they didn’t even have any cars available despite our reservation! I ended up leaving, taking an Uber

We paid for a gps in our package but didn't get one the customer service rep asked if we could drive to Miami in order to get a gps and that would of been out of our way so we ended up with none which i didn't think was fair. Do you think that was fair? Also the service light was on so the car needed to service. The customer serve representative was very nice.

Michelle was the customer service representative who assisted me on the phone. Another rental company had left me stranded. Michelle sent a driver to pick me up from the hotel and take me to the office to complete the paperwork. The process was fast and flawless. I wish I had gotten the driver's name. He was friendly and helpful. On returning the vehicle, that process was quick and effortless. The older gentleman behind the desk was already aware of who I was and that I needed a shuttle.

This place is a straight-up scam. I reserved a Corolla for $20 for 2 days, When I arrived I was offered an upgrade but I would need to return in a few hours to pickup. So I paid and got the upgrade. They never called, when I finally got them they told. me I actually paid for insurance and tolls. They later called to say the person who took care of my paperwork made a mistake and they wanted to give me the upgrade less than 12 hours after the rental would expire. Very deceptive and unethical
