The van was old. 10 year old van. No safety features other then a backup camera. Air conditioning was not good, car felt very unsafe to drive due to dated technology. The car wasn't cleaned before given to use. Various spots had melted crayons or gum on it and the van wasn't cleaned before use. It was very obvious. I would never use this service again. Very disappointed in so many aspects. The instructions were very unclear on return and felt like I was setup to fail.

Hidden fees when picking up/dropping off the vehicle at the parking garage... I had to pay the parking fees ($24) to exit the garage when they parked it in the short term lot.
