I had a fabulous experience with LAX Van Rental. Maria at the desk, was very kind, quick, and thoughtful of our time. Was speedy with the check in that helped expedite our wait time, which I especially appreciated due to travelling with my husband who was disabled, and not a very patient man. She explained everything, inspected car with me, gave clear instructions as well as recommendations for drop off. When I returned the vehicle, she was again, so sweet, thorough, and quick. Cindy P
You are terrible because my flight was delayed you canceled my car and said I canceled it when you called me the day before and I confirmed that I was coming to get the car poor decision making and customer service I'm an airline employee and I will make sure no one uses your company ever again

Great spacious van, fit all 7 passengers comfortably, for a great price cheaper than other car rental places, will rent again..
Even though the representative said that it’s a non-smoking car, the car that I got { corolla } smelled like a hell. The smoke smell spreaded all over our dresses and could not get rid off throughout the trip. I wish I had considered a different rental agency for my rental @LAX airport.
