I would thoroughly recommend this rental agency, just a few minutes from the airport terminal and no queuing. They offer a fast and personal service and, unlike the big, corporate rental companies, they allow you to take the car to Northern Cyprus. I found them to be flexible and very fair. They won't give you any nasty surprises with add-ons and additional charges. Good value, reliable and friendly. I will definitely use them again.
