Jed Johnhope, the owner, is a great guy. He went above and beyond with customer service at every opportunity. My wife and I were extremely satisfied, and we will always return to JohnHope for all our rental needs on the island going forward. We truly felt appreciated and taken care of every step of the way. Thank you again Jed. You helped us make our vacation great.

Everyone I interacted with at John Hope was very nice and friendly. They helped save the rest of our trip when a corporate rental company told us upon arrival that they didn’t have the car we booked and had no other options for us. We were able to get around and explore more than we could by just walking or waiting around for a taxi. Everyone at John hope was so friendly and helpful I’ll definitely book with them again!
