My confirmation email stated purchasing additional insurance is optional, but the rental agency refused to rent the car to me unless I purchased their insurance for $35 per day. I left without renting the car, and I would advise anyone to avoid renting from them.
I left some documents in the car after I returned. I was already at the gate almost ready to board when I got a call from a rep letting me know he had the documents. He proceeded to take the documents to security at the terminal. Great service!
Worst rental car experience ever
Didn’t honor the original rate and tacked on hidden fees
Didn’t give me the car we reserved and told me if i wanted one that size i could drive another hour additional hour to go get it
Wanted to charge for kids car seats which was never written before only told me it was subject to availability
Middle of no where so you are stuck and desperate and pay the extras but completely unethical
advertised as in terminal but in fact 5 miles away. Once there uncharge of 50% for non disclosed and supposedly mandatory insurance fees
The salesman cancel my reservation on line and give me a new contract under my wifes name didn't do a good job.
My reservation was for 300 dls and he charge me almost 1000 dls for the time that I need the car.
And asked me for 200 dls extra for him and overpay for the rental to much

i rent a vehicle in another Rent company
Staff was very communicative with changing flights via WhatsApp. However staff at office were unhelpful. Car was given to me with no gas.
I waited 2 hours before being picked up.
I was given the wrong car because mines wasn’t available.
My priced was increased due to unnecessary but forced to get insurance coverages.
I was promised a fee reduction due to a smaller vehicle but that was never honored.
Communication was poor and I was ignored every time I asked about my reservation vehicle or the rate reduction price.
