Excellent, friendly and efficient! When I suffered a punctured tyre Carl came out immediately and the spare was put on. The whole team is very helpful and this is the best Value for Money Car Rental on Cayman!
Very good value for rental. Much cheaper than rental companies at the airport. No hidden costs. Easy to reserve and to pick up the car. A shuttle will pick you up and bring you to the airport. Brand new cars and very attentive service. Thank you for everythig!

The employees were great! The only issue is that the check-in process is too cumbersome and slow. Have seen 2 people check out a vehicle and the process took close to 40 minutes for each of them. The office and the process seems somewhat disorganized. WHen it comes to the vehicle itself, no issues. As mentioend, the staff was great, friendly and there were no issues with the vehicle and them honoring everything. Just wish they can fix the checking in/out process so it doesnt take long.
