The transaction went smoothly. The courtesy pick up and drop off were crucial and greatly appreciated. I would definitely rent from here again.
I came in the off-season (end of August) and couldn't believe how cheap the rental rate was. Got a little Kia. It got good gas mileage, which is important because the gas is super expensive on the island. I drove around the entire island on one day and drove from the west side to the east side and back on another day. Only used a little more than a half tank of gas total in 4 days. A/C worked good. Car smelled good. Free ride from and to the airport. Rental couldn't have gone any better.

Prices were higher than expected but probably due to high season and the big kaboo concert. Very courteous but had a local there being local! Car was clean and ran well.

My experience with staff has made my decision very easy to be a returning customer. On both occasions, I have been given professional and attentive assistance in making the process hassle free. It is a convenient location for easy pick-up and drop off.
Overall, the experience was good. While other carriers where hiking up their prices for the busy week, these prices remained very reasonable. The service was great. Perhaps creating a loyalty program would be a good idea where frequent customers can earn points for renting cars with you guys.
