We were happy with this car rental company and would use them again.
Staff very courteous and professional. Rental prices are high now, but our rental was a good price, better than the international companies and the most noted local ones. Definitely recommend, and will probably use again on future visits to Cayman.
The guys were fabulous!!!! Was very hard to find a car so we had to get 2 different cars. Just wish the cars were bigger thank goodness that we did t have more luggage or people

Charged $60 for cleaning after dropping off the car. I had it for 3 weeks and it was normal amount for usage. Felt taken advantage of for the additional charge. Never been charged a cleaning fee in the 10yrs of car rental in Cayman. Be warned!

Hi Mr. S. Thank you for your feedback. We reviewed our notes on the rental and noted the following: The car had excessive sand in the car. We do advise customers about returning with excessive sand/mud/wet seats as the charges for cleaning our vehicles are determined and handled by a third-party vendor. The return agent, unfortunately, missed the length of time for your rental (3 weeks) and the necessary discretion not applied in this case . Our manager has required for a full refund of this charge to you. One of our Customer Service Reps shall be in-contact to process this applied fee back to your card. We shall eat this charge from the vendor in this case. We hope you otherwise enjoyed the rental and your holiday in the Cayman Islands. Thank you for making it SaveMore Rent A car. Jonathan and crew were awesome to work with. Everyone was very nice and delivered on everything they promised. We will definitely use SaveMore again when we visit the Grand Cayman again. Thank you.
Staff were very helpful and polite and answered all questions quickly. They fixed an issue with a late charge immediately which we really appreciated!
