The employees were great! The only issue is that the check-in process is too cumbersome and slow. Have seen 2 people check out a vehicle and the process took close to 40 minutes for each of them. The office and the process seems somewhat disorganized. WHen it comes to the vehicle itself, no issues. As mentioend, the staff was great, friendly and there were no issues with the vehicle and them honoring everything. Just wish they can fix the checking in/out process so it doesnt take long.

Vehicle didn’t have any windshield fluid. Other than that I’m very satisfied with it.
